  This is a review of the postal service as a whole. Absolute trash. Package deliveries are always slow, lazy postmen take their own sweet time to trundle along on their bikes and deliver packages. Very disappointing to come home in the evening and still see them driving up and down the street stuffing letters roughly into letterboxes and yelling people's names out until they open the door to sign for the package.
  
  Serious reform is needed if they want to keep up with other developed countries.
